Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a dermatologist in Houston, TX so we have made requesting an appointment a simple and convenient process via our Web site. In addition, same day appointments are available. Please bring a picture ID and any insurance information to your appointment. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Insurance and Billing
We accept self pay and Medicare Part B. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Qualifications for other insurance coverage may differ due to the uniqueness of each procedure. We are happy to provide you with the proper paper work to file out of network insurance for your reimbursement.
Payment Options
